1. PAYMENT , PRICING AND PROMOTIONS.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card only, on receipt of order.
We do not accept American Express Cards.
Payment can be made through PayPal following the link in checkout.

2. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

As our products are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel the order, and refunds cannot be given. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our store policies.

3. ORDERING ON-LINE

Ordering on-line with Home Farm is safe and secure ~ We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card on our site ~ If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

4. RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If the goods do not arrive in an acceptable condition you must inform us within 24 hours. In order for us to be able to give you a full refund or to re-send, the whole order must be returned to us in it’s original packaging. In the event that we are unable to replace certain items we will provide you with a voucher to the same value.

5. PRICES

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT (where applicable) Prices are correct at time of publication ~ Orders will be processed at our published prices, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

6. COMPLAINTS

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service whether it be by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, we will aim to resolve the issue within 5 working days. We will deal with your complaint confidentially and aim for a satisfactory conclusion.
