80% Pork, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Contains: Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Stabiliser E451 Flavourings: Dextrose, Enhancer E621 Preservative: E221, Spices, Antioxidant E300, Colour E120 Sulphur dioxide, sulphite.
We use Hog Skins as standard for our regular Sausages and for the smaller sausage we use Lamb Skins which is more suited.
