Ingredients:
75% Pork, Rusk Wheat Flour: (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine, Salt), Leeks, Salt, Stabiliser E451Flavourings: Dextrose, Enhancer E621 Preservative: E221, Spices Antioxidant E300, Colour E120 Sulphur dioxide, sulphite.
Contains: WHEAT
Sausage Skins
We use Hog Skins as standard for our regular Sausages and for the smaller sausage we use Lamb Skins which is more suited.
* GLUTEN FREE ALTERNATIVE: We use Potato Starch and Rice Flour.
