Having moved from Liverpool in 2008 looking for a better work/life balance, and just wanting to produce our own food in a traditional way, we quickly realised that if it was to be sustainable life style we would have to to build a business.
We started to produce our own rare breed free range meat and poultry in 2010. We now produce our own pork, sausages, burgers, bacon and much more on the farm. We have full traceability, have won many awards and have a 5 hygiene rating from the local authority.
